World Champion Pizza Maker Shawn Randazzo was inspired to craft the recipe after his wife, Keri, was diagnosed with celiac disease in January 2012.
Our kitchen is designed so that our gluten-free crust never comes into contact with surfaces or utensils used for products with gluten in them. Separate pans, spatula, and pizza cutter are used for our gluten-free menu items.
We offer two styles of gluten-free pizzas: small Detroit Style Square (four pieces) and small Pan Style Round (six pieces). Specialty pizzas can be made gluten-free by adding $2 to their regular prices. Any Detroit Style Pizza Co. mail order pizza packages can also be made gluten-free for an additional $6 and shipped to anywhere in the continental U.S.
